Owner Hooks has teamed up with Angler Chronicles to continue the legacy of the very popular "On-The-Water" Fishing Schools. This successful program began in 1989 and has graduated over 40,000 student anglers. Combining on-deck seminars with hands-on instruction from highly experienced instructors, the Owner Hooks Fishing Schools are committed to sharing the needed skills sets with recreational fishermen, from beginners to advanced, so they may become part of the 10 percent of anglers who catch 90 percent of the fish. The Owner Hooks Fishing Schools feature "Limited-Load" charters from most of the landings in Southern California. The school's team of instructors is led by Sergio Fainsztein, host of the Angler Chronicles TV Show and the Angler Chronicles Radio Show. Sergio, co-director Ron Hobbs, and the entire Angler Chronicles Crew, are always eager to share their knowledge and passion for fishing.
